CVE-2016-8624
What it is
curl before version 7.51.0 doesn't parse the authority component of the URL correctly when the host name part ends with a '#' character, and could instead be tricked into connecting to a different host. This may have security implications if you for example use an URL parser that follows the RFC to check for allowed domains before using curl to request them.

Is it in your code?
Hand this to your coding agent. It searches your project for the affected products and checks versions. Nothing leaves your machine.
Read https://cve-list.com/agent/cve/CVE-2016-8624.md and follow it. Check whether this project is affected by CVE-2016-8624. Read only. Don't change anything and don't upload my code. Tell me yes, no or not sure, with the file as proof.
