CVE-2016-8616
What it is
A flaw was found in curl before version 7.51.0 When re-using a connection, curl was doing case insensitive comparisons of user name and password with the existing connections. This means that if an unused connection with proper credentials exists for a protocol that has connection-scoped credentials, an attacker can cause that connection to be reused if s/he knows the case-insensitive version of the correct password.

Is it in your code?
Hand this to your coding agent. It searches your project for the affected products and checks versions. Nothing leaves your machine.
Read https://cve-list.com/agent/cve/CVE-2016-8616.md and follow it. Check whether this project is affected by CVE-2016-8616. Read only. Don't change anything and don't upload my code. Tell me yes, no or not sure, with the file as proof.
