CVE-2008-1887
What it is
Python 2.5.2 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute arbitrary code via multiple vectors that cause a negative size value to be provided to the PyString_FromStringAndSize function, which allocates less memory than expected when assert() is disabled and triggers a buffer overflow.

Is it in your code?
Hand this to your coding agent. It searches your project for the affected products and checks versions. Nothing leaves your machine.
Read https://cve-list.com/agent/cve/CVE-2008-1887.md and follow it. Check whether this project is affected by CVE-2008-1887. Read only. Don't change anything and don't upload my code. Tell me yes, no or not sure, with the file as proof.
